COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering P4O1.3BR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delta-Computer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the SBSC11101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PLE3PNLCG02 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RMC150ES by Manufacturer Delta-Computer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand SND0039 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as STF132E1A0E1F0SMF1D3925F equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCXDSP800 made by Motion-Engineering as well as the popular PGA261002 original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SHND69120ANT by Ite and STF132E1A0E1F0SMF1D3925F spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SZXZB9 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Olympus. |
